At Quallure, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers, wherever you may be located. Please read through our shipping policy to learn more about how we handle orders and delivery.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries.

Processing Time

Once you’ve placed your order, our team works quickly to process and ship it. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order (Monday to Friday). All orders are processed in the order they are received, and once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Please note: Orders placed during holidays or sales seasons may take longer to process due to high volume.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

Orders are typically shipped within 5 working days however during high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after your order has been shipped. We appreciate your patience!

Please keep in mind that shipping times can sometimes be affected by factors outside of our control, such as custom duty processing or delays with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to view your shipping options and total shipping costs during checkout. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €50.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your location, you may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon the arrival of your package. These charges are determined by your country's local customs office and are outside of our control. They are your responsibility to pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package on its way to you.

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?

We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your order, and we’re here to help. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact our support team at info@quallure.com. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue, and if necessary, issue you a full refund.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes. We process orders quickly, so please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order to change your shipping address. Unfortunately, we cannot make address changes once the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs delays may cause longer shipping times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please contact our team for detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
